Bill was born March 16, 1951 and passed away August 21, 2008. He had a wife and 5 children.

Payne Family: United States; Mother of 5 and still alive! That's my motto. Married to the best guy around for 14 years. We then added these folks. Trae 6, Brody 4, Gracee 4, Dax 3, and Brigg 8months. Life is crazy and we love it.(99.9% of the time)
